I’m Alice, I’m a dreamer.

I studied graphic design but since my childhood I have been fascinated by the world of cooking.

I was lucky enough to grow up with my grandparents and learn the love for tradition, respect for food and the pleasure of giving.

My deep sensitivity led me to an expressive evolutionary path.

Cooking for me is a sensory experience that I would love to share with the customer.

Cooking makes me happy and binds me to my origins.

I love to create and decorate; I love harmony and beautiful things. Cooking is spread love. I love.

After the Academy of fine Arts, I wanted to deepen my passion by taking a pastry/bakery course and a decoration course in Italy and later I studied Certificate IV in cookery, Diploma in Hospitality Management and Advance Diploma of Hospitality Management at Spencer College in Brisbane.

I dream to merge my graphics studies with my passion in a single job.
